I am glad I did because he was courteous, prompt, and I felt this pricing was very reasonable. James was very nice and explained everything he would be doing throughout the entire process; he even followed up with a call to check in. If you are looking for a genuinely nice person that will do great work, give James a call - If I ever need more work done, I know I will.

I had originally intended to get some estimates, but I new from past experience the prices he cited were fair and not inflated. He repaired the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink, rodded out the totally clogged bathroom sink drain, and put all new innards and intake tube on the downstairs toilet. He advised me about some other things that needed doing that weren't emergencies, and we will definitely be contacting him again.
